turn off the requirement for https in the code. #1104

Hi I need to turn off the forcing of https. I want the load balancer to strip the https off and then go to the abp code and talk just http.

  • ABP Framework version: v4
  • UI type: / MVC /
  • DB provider: EF Core
  • Tiered (MVC) or Identity Server Separated (Angular): / no
