Get and Verfify AbpLicenseCode offline #8268

We are facing a situation with a project hosted in a government entity where the servers do not have internet access. We require your support with the following:

How can we obtain the AbpLicenseCode given the current restrictions? Can the AbpLicenseCode be verified offline, without internet connectivity? Your assistance with these questions would be greatly appreciated.

    ABP will not be verified online in the production environment
