(Angular UI - Separated Identity Server - Abp 2.7.0)
Steps to reproduce:
Go to Administration > Settings > Identity management > User Settings
Uncheck these two options

Email update enabled -
User name update enabled
Save
Go to Identity management > Users
Edit a user
And you can freely update the username and email, but we should not have the permission.

these settings are applied in public website (
Account/ManageURL).
Users themselves cannot change their email or usernames.
Admin users who can access this
Administration > Settings > Identity management > User Settingsare free to update user's email, usernames...
