Chose Require confirmed phone number
Save
Then account locked until changing the related field from database manually.
How Confirmed Email and Confirmed Phone Number features works?

Hi,
If the phone number not confirmed when you login, you cannot login.

That is the problem. Where is the confirmation message? I didn't configured anything about phone confirmation in the project.

hi, in the new version of ABP we have changed the angular login screen. there's the MVC login screen to authenticate. we use "Authorization Code Flow" in the new version. We redirect to MVC, user logs in and redirect back to Angular.
in MVC login screen, the phone confirmation is implemented and working. I think you can update your project to the latest. Or you can create a new project to see the new behaviour.
