Chat Module in Tier/Separated setup + running in clusters #2696

UI type: Angular
DB provider: EF Core
Tiered (MVC) or Identity Server Separated (Angular): yes

If we enable the chat module and we running our API Host in a auto scale cluster (Azure App Service), anything concerning the SignalR Hub do we need to look out for?
