Exception while create a new solution from abp suite. #3861

• UI type: Blazor Server
• DB provider: EF Core / SQL
• Tiered (MVC) or Identity Server Separated (Angular): Tiered

• Steps to reproduce the issue:"

1. Enter to ABP Suite to create a new solution.
2. Create project with specification that i specified before.
3. I can't create the solution because the Suite throw me this exception.
