We created the solution on v7.2.3, added required commercial modules, and replaced 3 packages with source code (Account Pro, Identity Pro, OpenIddict Pro). We need to upgrade to v7.3.2. We used ABP Suite to update all ABP packages successfully.
What is the best way to update those 3 packages with source code replaced? including .net and Angular source code. Is there a method to re-replace packages with source code again?
Lepton X Pro theme also upgraded from v2.2.2 to v2.3.2. How can we upgrade its source code?

There is no command to upgrade the source code automatically.
You can download the latest source code and override the exists code.
then check the different and merge the code via GIT.
