- Steps to reproduce the issue:
We have two computers running the same process. One encounters an error, while the other completes successfully, even though both are using the same versions. The "Save" button works fine on both computers, but the generation process fails on one of them. It appears to be an issue related to the user's computer, but we haven't been able to identify the cause. Could you update the code to handle this error and provide a user-friendly error message in the method?
