I also want to mention that the login doesn’t work if we access directly through extranetidentity.cincaporc.com,
but it does work if we use either of the two hosts extranet.cincaporc.com or integrado.cincaporc.com.

But using the same account, if it's through direct identity, that's what appears, and if it's through extranet or integrated, it does appear. Why could this be?
