I have created the microservice template project, project build successfully and all API projects run successfully but Web project not works, Please have look and let me know, what's the issue is their.

Please see this error also, I think here is fault and tell me how to fix it.

Run etc\dev-cert\create-certificate.ps1 will generate a localhost.pfx file.

I have created the localost.pfx file but issue is same, not publc-web site is running.
How can we run and test it?
