We have also been unable to produce builds all day. The lack of response here is a serious problem. This has been going on for the entire work day in the US

Our builds failed this morning also with 403 errors to https://nuget.abp.io error NU1301: Unable to load the service index for source https://nuget.abp.io/279c47a6-5d3a-4bdb-9bb1-a18ff6f70b96/v3/index.json. error NU1301: Response status code does not indicate success: 403 (Forbidden).
Building locally in VS gave me a prompt where my normal ABP creds worked and the build started fine so looks like the ABP nuget source now requires authentication.
Would be nice to know if this is an intended change and we need to update the build scripts to provide credentials or not.

We are also experiencing the same issue. We were prompted today to login to nuget.abp.io
We enter the credentials, and when trying to run the application we receive an error to login: ABP-LIC-ERROR - License check failed for 'Volo.Payment.Domain-v5.1.3.0'. You need to log in using the command
abp login <username>
.When we try to login with abp login: ABP CLI 9.0.0
- HTTP request attempt failed to https://abp.io/api/license/check-multiple-organizations? with an error: 403-Forbidden. Waiting 2 secs for the next try...
We have multiple abp commercial products with varying versions, all experiencing the same problem.

Hello ,
You need to log in using the command
abp login <username>
.Can you try once again , issue was resolved.
Thank you
Thanks, Yes it is resolved. But what we need to do in case if we are in middle of production build and these kind of issues comes. we have not seen any immediate response or a way to reach you in emergency cases.

it took more than 12 hours to get the reply. could you please provide alternate for emergency issues. Definitely you can decide the priority but at least we can get the immediate response with some timeline from you.

Hello, I would also like to find out the impact of such downtime, is it only for accessing the abp CLI and abp studio, or does it affect the solution as well? Including deployed versions of the solution to a production environment?
As a commercial licensed company, we need resolutions to such issues as we in an industry that cannot afford any downtime, just curious if this is a regular occurance.
Thanks!

I have to agree with @smansuri on this - abp.io needs a much better support strategy, as we pay a lot for the licensing and we entrust abp.io to have a higher uptime with a speedy resolution time as well
