How to Set a Localized Error Message using Data Annotation in DTOs? #4934

We need to send to users a personalized Error Message for Required Fields

ABP Framework version: v7.0.1
UI type: Blazor Server
DB provider: EF Core
Tiered (MVC) or Identity Server Separated (Angular): yes
