- Steps to reproduce the issue: I deployed my app in IIS, I created a new user successfully but when I dropped it,an error message showed
the console shows "the server responded with a status of 405 ()". I tested in my development environments no error occur;

I have email the full logs to you. It seems put and delete methods was denied with error code 405;

The problem solved by removed the WebDavModule of IIS;
