License exception: ABP-LIC-0023: An error occurred while calling the license server! #8062

Hi,

I'm attempting to run the DbMigrator project in Visual Studio for data processing, but I'm encountering the following error in the console:

"[ERR] ABP-LIC-0013 - License exception: ABP-LIC-0023: An error occurred while calling the license server! License check communication failed! The response was not successful: 403 - Forbidden."

Could you please look into this license issue?
ABP credentials being used: Username: hiren.patel@3motionai.com
