Error when add module to project #1125

• ABP Framework version: v4.2.2
• UI type: Angular
• DB provider: EF Core
• Tiered (MVC) or Identity Server Separated (Angular): yes
• Exception message and stack trace: The given key was not present in the dictionary.
• Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. I create project with "Microservice template"
2. I use abp-suite or cmd to add module. Error show as image below. cmd: abp add-module LoyaltyManagement --new --add-to-solution-file
