In the event of a critical scenario on your system, it is imperative that you take additional precautions to ensure that your development & deployment processes are not hindered. A significant number of projects rely on a variety of resources, including NuGet, NPM, GitHub, Docker Hubs, and CDN assets like fonts and images. These systems are the environmental resources on which we all depend. Any blocking situation on them can result in significant delays to deployment & development. Therefore, as a system owner, you should have backup plans in place. There may be instances of unwanted interruptions in systems such as nuget.abp.io, nuget.org, and npmjs.org outages. In such cases, you should back up all your NPM and NuGet packages on your local server.

When you have a critical situation like yesterday's Cloudflare issue, use blanket communications: put a banner up here and on your site as soon as you've confirmed the issue. Let your customers know what's going on. Then, issue some public statement about the resolution. It's not good enough to read a copied and pasted message with an incomplete explanation in random tickets.
Thanks for your feedback. This is a good idea when the website is not down. But when there's a problem with the website (hacker attack, catastrophic failure, environmental issues, etc...), what's the proper solution to announce the issue and progress?
