volo/zero folder is moved to vs-internal/zero

- blog.aspnetzero.com
- docs.aspnetzero.com
- support.aspnetzero.com
- volosoft.com
- Update CD pipeline for these projects - @skoc10
volo/others, volo/tools and volo/utils folders are merged and moved to vs-internal/others.
- Ensure that we don't use these projects - @ebicoglu
