Suite: Code generate for MAUI-Blazor & No-layers Blazor Wasm #13353

Now we can add a project with Maui-Blazor to suite & generate code on it.
Same for app-nolayers-pro & Blazor Wasm UI.
Also makes generated code compatible with <Nullable>.
