"abp/openiddict/src/Volo.Abp.OpenIddict.Pro.Domain.Shared"

The permissions of OpenIddict have not been displayed correctly.
The reason is that the AdministrationService depends on the SaasDomainModule but not depends on AbpOpenIddictDomainModule.
