This PR prevents generating nuget packages for demo apps since they're listed module install modal:

After this PR is merged, @skoc10 can you delete the following packages?

• Volo.AIManagement.DemoApp
• Volo.AIManagement.RemoteConfigApp
• Volo.AIManagement.RemoteExecutionApp
