CMS: Allow to manage preferences from the navigation menu #15073

Issue details:
The Newsletter Feature of the CMS Kit module allows us to manage preferences and let users subscribe/unsubscribe for a certain preference.
The URL is something like:
cms/newsletter/email-preferences?emailAddress=<email-address>&securityCode=<security-code>We can add a new navigation menu item to the menu and allow users to access the related management page. This menu item should only be shown if the Newsletter Feature is enabled.
