Suite: Refresh the page after setting the selected solution from targetSolution parameter to ensure to set selectedSolution as correct #18343

Resolves #18093
When we open the Suite with the targetSolution parameter, it sets the selectedSolution to the related targetSolution, however, it does not reflect the change immediately, and it seems full-page reload is required.
