Description

Changes:

• Added Angular Aria Tab directives to audit-logs.component - Replaced <a> elements with <button ngTab> for better semantics
• Added ngTabPanel to link tab buttons with their content panels
• Updated @angular/aria version to 21.0.0 in all package.json files

How to test it?

you have to change branch issue-24684 on volo
you have to run dev-app.
