Add missing AI Management packages to common.ps1 #21741

Include new AI management project entries in nupkg/common.ps1: Volo.AIManagement.Ollama and three vector store providers (Qdrant, Pgvector, MongoDB) under abp/ai-management so they are picked up by packaging/build processes.
