Summary

• Studio analyze in the source-code package pipeline failed because operation-rate-limiting listed .abppkg files in its module descriptor that were never added.
• Added the missing .abppkg files and registered the AspNetCore and test packages in .abpmdl.

Test plan

• Re-run Jenkins stage 6-Create Source Code Package on rel-10.6.
• Confirm analyze no longer fails for abp/operation-rate-limiting.
