ABP Studio 0.9.15 Node v20.17.0 Yarn 1.22.22 Ng (Angular) 18.1.0

Okay i will share my code what i can do , so firstly i can create project in 8.3.0 version With LeptonX Theme. Following are the files i have changed.

As per your issue i have work on 8.0.2 framewok version at my end i have change the title name in index.html file but its work perfectly.
