1. Open MVC-TIERED project.
2. RunAcme.BookStore.DbMigrator
3. Run Acme.BookStore.IdentityServer, Acme.BookStore.HttpApi.Host and Acme.BookStore.Web.

Login in Acme.BookStore.Web and create a tenant.
