Do you have lage of audit log? This seems to be a database problem.
Can you reproduce this in the brand new template project?

You need to set BlobStoringDatabaseDbProperties.DbTablePrefix agagin before app start.
The MyProjectNameMigrationsDbContext only used for migarion.

Thanks for your explain.
You can create a new API SCOPE, API RESOURCE and CLIENT.
Then use scope to protect the api(https://docs.identityserver.io/en/latest/topics/apis.html).
