I need to be able to download the invoice of the Payment that we initially made of USD1,999 for our auditors. I was only able to download the invoice of the additional developer.

    Hi @IxpanLimited, did you purchase your license through 2Checkout gateway? If it is, they should have sent the PDF invoice to your email address, can you check it from there?

    No we did not. It was not through 2checkout. The payment number: 1509018951
