- ABP Framework version: v2.9.0
- UI type: MVC
- Tiered (MVC) or Identity Server Seperated (Angular): no
- Exception message and stack trace: none
- Steps to reproduce the issue: When our users start the application, they are complaining of an about 60 second delay and sometimes have to refresh their browser to get to the login screen.
What could be causeing the delay? We have been experiencing this from the beginning of development.
