This error has nothing to do with the openiddict client info you shared.
Clear the logs first, then share the logs of all applications after reproducing the problem.

Client validation failed because 'https://idl-pfm-ui-dev.azurewebsites.net' was not a valid redirect_uri for Sample_Idrive_App. The authorization request was rejected because the redirect_uri was invalid: 'https://idl-pfm-ui-dev.azurewebsites.net'.
Please check the values of URLs in the database.
