- Log in to the system .
- Navigate to My account > Authority delegation > delegate new user
- set user name
- do not fill the Delegation date range
- click save button
- observe result : error message displayed unclearly when trying to save data without specifying a Delegation date range

7.4.2, there are other bugs in this patch version that are being solved. After all bugs are fixed, we will release the version. so there is no clear time, but the priority of bugs is the highest, and we will release it as soon as possible.
