- Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Log in to the system .
- Navigate to My account > Authority delegation > delegate new user
- set user name
- do not fill the Delegation date range
- click save button
- observe result : error message displayed unclearly when trying to save data without specifying a Delegation date range

7.4.2, there are other bugs in this patch version that are being solved.
