Blazor Server missing "Domain" setting for Ldap #6264

  • ABP Framework version: v7.4.0
  • UI Type: Blazor Server
  • Database System: EF Core (SQL Server)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue:
    • Enable Ldap
    • Administration -> Settings -> Identity Management -> Ldap

There is no "Domain" in the Ldap settings. It looks like it should be there per the documentation: https://docs.abp.io/en/commercial/latest/modules/identity/ldap
