How to create your own customer BlobProvide? #8628

• ABP Framework version: v9.0.1
• UI Type: Angular / MVC / Blazor WASM / Blazor Server
• Database System: EF Core (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc..) / MongoDB
• Tiered (for MVC) or Auth Server Separated (for Angular): yes/no

Am trying to create my own customer blob provide to used file system for File Manager.

I added the module Configure<AbpBlobStoringOptions>(options => {
