Microservices template selected and created a new app, then tried to Run it on Windows OS We encountered the above issue.
All pre requisites are installed as mentioned over the document,
Layered applications are working fine.

You can try upgrading your Docker Desktop version and try again.
It's just trying to pull the redis image
