The language loading for the settings interface of the template lepton is abnormal. #9675

Hi Angular team,

Cli command abp new Acme.BookStore -u angular -t app-pro -theme lepton --old

Press F5 to refresh and then return to English

Also, this issue doesn't work even with the latest Volo.Abp.Studio.Cli. I need to adjust app.module.ts

    Hello, We have identified the same issue on our end. It will be resolved in the next patch release, which you can follow here: https://github.com/abpframework/abp/releases.
