try to add ManageProfileTabsService in providers: of app.module.ts file.

Or if it not worked then try to remove ManageProfileTabsService from app.module.ts; I think it causes the error.

First create a module by using command

ng generate module my-awsome-tab-component

after that create a component using command

ng generate component my-awsome-tab-component
