Thanks — yes, we're aware of this pattern and already implemented it in our Angular app (hidden native input + custom localized button). This ticket is specifically a request for ABP to apply this same fix natively inside the Account Pro module, so future users don't have to work around it themselves.
Module: ABP Account Pro (Volo.Abp.Account.Pro) Page: /Account/Manage → Profile Picture section
Hi,
On the Account Management page, the profile picture upload uses a native browser . The "Choose File / No file chosen" text on that control is controlled by the browser, not the app — so it ignores the app's selected language and stays in whatever language the browser is set to.
The rest of the page localizes fine (we tested Arabic and Traditional Chinese), but that button always shows the browser default which looks inconsistent.
On our side we worked around it by hiding the native input and adding a custom button that triggers it programmatically, with the label text coming from our own localization keys.
Would be great if this was handled natively in the module so it works out of the box.
Thanks
