This error is caused by ASP NET Core runtime. You can see the details error in Windows Event Viewer if you can't get stdoutLog

Can you try the following solution:

1. Remove public IFormFile[]? Files { get; set; } and test again.
2. Use IRemoteStreamContent to replace the IFromFile and test again. https://abp.io/docs/latest/framework/architecture/domain-driven-design/application-services#working-with-streams

I think your problem has nothing to do with UOW. You can try to use locks/distributed locks to ensure that admin access is exclusive.
