It seems like the file your solution informations are saved is somehow corrupted.
Path of the file is
%UserName%\.abp\suite\appsettings.json. Can you change file content to with the following and try again?{ "IsDotnetEfCoreToolInstalled": true, "Solutions": [ ] }
