you can download all the fa-icon webfonts to your project and make a local reference. it'll load faster
currently there's no support for a custom message in 403 responses. but we are thinking about adding this as a feature

the error comes from EF Core CLI tool not ABP Suite.
ABP Suite runs dotnet ef migrations add in your startup project and returns "Build started...Build failed." from this command.
you can run the same command to see it.
the full command with parameters can be found in your Logs folder %UserProfile%\.abp\suite\logs
