I have a question regarding low-code:
Can I already use this feature, or is it still in preview? If so, when will I be able to use it?

The Low-Code System is already available (it’s documented under latest = 10.3 docs), and it is not marked as “preview” on the documentation page you linked.
However, it’s not available in ABP 10.0.0 (your current version is 10.0.0). To use it, you need to upgrade your solution to ABP 10.3.x (or later).
Also note the licensing requirement stated on the doc page: “You must have an ABP Team or a higher license to use this module.” If this is a licensing/availability question for your account, please contact ABP via the official channel: https://abp.io/contact
In your specific configuration: the doc states it generates a Full Blazor UI for the CRUD screens. So even if your solution UI is MVC, the Low-Code UI part is Blazor-based (per the doc). The backend parts (tables/APIs/permissions) are still applicable, but the auto-generated UI is not MVC UI according to the current documentation.
There is no verified information on that page about when it will become available for older versions (like 10.0.0) or any separate timeline beyond “use the version that contains it (10.3+)”.

Hello,
Regarding Low-Code: the feature is currently still in preview. We are planning to release it with 10.5.0-rc.1 for internal testing only, so it won’t be publicly available to all users yet.
However, if you’re interested, we can also enable it for you so you can try it out and provide feedback.
Please note that since it’s still in preview, some packages may not compile correctly. After creating a project, you may also need to switch to the preview packages through Studio.
Also, the documentation you referenced may be outdated and might not fully reflect the latest implementation and current state of the feature.
