Volo.Abp.LeptonXThemeis not the correct module name to download the LeptonX theme source. For LeptonX, the package you can download the source for is the Pro package:
abp get-source Volo.Abp.LeptonXTheme.Pro(You can also download it via ABP Suite.)

running command line inside the working project path causes error, to properly download source code I had to create a clean folder and downloaded into it (Downloading source into a root folder spills files everywhere).
