It looks like your CloudFlare configuration is preventing my builds from running on Azure DevOps!!

You're exactly right. The well-known config is intercepted by cloudflare's humanity check. But even if that turns out not to be so, it's dead.

We found out that there was an issue with an attack yesterday on abp.io and subdomains of it. Our DevOps team increased the security level, and this problem has been fixed.
