Hello Team, can you please help me with below:-

  1. Where can I download or explore the Example Application code shown in the demo (https://demo.abp.io) for my learning purposes

  2. Currently, I am exploring low-code, and I want to know how I can build a single dynamic form to allow users to create an order and its line items. Below is an example I am trying, but it looks like it is not working as expected. Am I doing it correctly?

[DynamicEntityUI("Order")]
public class Order : DynamicEntityBase
{
    // Navigation property initialised to prevent null ref issues
    [DynamicForeignKey("DemoApp.Orders.OrderLineItem", "OrderLineItemId")]
    public List<OrderLineItem> Items { get; set; } = new();
}

[DynamicEntityUI("OrderLineItem")]
public class OrderLineItem : DynamicEntityBase
{
    [DynamicForeignKey("DemoApp.Orders.Order", "OrderId")]
    public Guid? OrderId { get; set; }
}
  1. How can I design order-form.json so that the user can add order info and its line item info on one form, which maps to the above Order class? Example image I want to build

Thank you Pooja

Hi,

I also need to implement SAML in my client application. Based on my understanding, if SAML can work with normal ASP.NET Core 10, it can work with ABP as well, so I am investigating how to implement the SAML library from component space to authenticate users.

What I need is how and where I can wire up once the user is authenticated in the ABP application, which application service should I replace to customise the authentication flow, as the application will have:-

  1. SAML - Salesforce Integration works best
  2. ABP Openiddict - best for vendors to sign in
  3. Social Login - best for customers to sign in

In the Teams License, I will not have Commercial source code access, however I have noticed that some ABP open-source DLLs (Ex. : Volo.Abp.Identity.Domain.dll) are also being used in ABP commercial, if I customise Volo.Abp.Identity for example, how can I reference it in my Commercial ABP application so that it does not get in conflict, like a duplicate DLL in the application

Question

Hello,

If I want to create an application for B2C and set "options.IsEnabled = false", will it remove UI for SaaS, Tenant & Edition? Also, will it remove from WebApi and DB?

Once I deliver the project to the client, the client will have full access to the DB & Host side, and I don't want them to enable it somehow.

If there is any other recommendation to remove the Saas module, please feel free to share, such as removing Saas module completely?

Thanks, Pooja

Hello,

I am currently evaluating ABP Commercial for a MVP I am building for my client:-

The client has a legacy system in PHP to manage tenancy, where each tenant has Customers and vendors. There are hardcoded filters for the isolation of objects, below is from client PHP application:-

if ($user.role->isCustomer() || $order->user_id === $user->id) {
    // Grant access to edit the order
}
if ($user->hasRole('Vendor') && $user->user_id === $user->id) {
    // Grant access to the Vendor belong to the vendor
}

I have reviewed ABP resource-based authorisation and wondering how I can apply the above logic with filter operators via UI instead of hardcoding, below does not give the option to use filter operators:-

// Resource-based permissions
            context.AddResourcePermission(
                name: BookStorePermissions.Books.Resources.View,
                resourceName: BookStorePermissions.Books.Resources.Name,
                managementPermissionName: BookStorePermissions.Books.ManagePermissions,
                displayName: L("Permission:Books:View")
            );

I want to build something like this for each object in the application:-

Thanks, Pooja
