It looks like the nuget server is fine, but can't find the package Volo.Abp.Commercial.Core.
ABP Studio can't create new sulotion, too.

I don't want to clear my local nuget cache, so use 9.0.0 to make the error log. In fact, I use another NB to install 8.2.1, will get the same error, too.
