By the way I also tried remove existing file management feature group option and then changed it in my own custom feature group but it acted weird , it didn't get default values and did not work.

I think there is no problem if Winforms can use the module system of abp. There is no example for now.

edit package.json, replace existing lepton theme with "@volo/abp.aspnetcore.mvc.ui.theme.commercial": "~4.2.1"

Why do you do this? they dependencies is different, which will cause the problems you mentioned above.
