Any pointers for the manual upgrade ? or Update command + Manual ?

I have a solution based on ABP 3.1 and now I am trying to upgrade it using the abp update command.

The Update command is throwing an error.

What is the best approach to upgrade an old net 3.1 version solution to latest version ? Do we need to do an incremental upgrade ? or we can do direct upgrade ?

Can you share the following information?

I am editing an existing entity, but the suite was run on two different machines and some of the entities were created in a different machine

I am trying to run abp suite and the it creats all the code but throws an error at migration and says System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Can you please point me what could be wrong ? and Can you point me in the direction that I have to look for the issue. Thanks Below is the log:
