yes, you can find current user's timezone and datetşne format.
after login, Angular client makes request to http://alper-2.demo.commercial.abp.io/api/abp/application-configuration
and gets user's culture & time zone & date time format etc..

if it's a new module, then it's a seperate project with a seperate Angular frontend. ABP Suite can generate code for modules (including Angular)
